Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out a quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, pool type, the service you need, your timeline, and any details you add. That's it. We don't run accounts, we don't track you across the web, and we don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: arranging your quote. That means passing your details to a vetted local pool pro who can contact you about your request. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with anyone else, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How the form works

Our forms submit through FormSubmit.co, a free form-forwarding service. Your form contents are emailed to us directly — they aren't stored in a database on this site. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver that email; their own privacy terms apply to that delivery step.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to arrange your match and follow up. If you ever want your information deleted, just ask (see below) and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information entirely

Email quotes@example.com with your request and we'll handle it.

Children

This site is for adults requesting pool services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
